Amazing customer service my kids feel safe and comfortable

10/10 so glad we tried this for my daughters first dentist visit. She’s 2 almost 3 so we felt late in not bringing her sooner but this was amazing, she got to lay on me in the chair, tv above the chair on the ceiling, the waiting room is amazing for kids and for parents the fact that they have a whole staff to call and confirm your insurance for you before your visit- this was great. I was wary of an upsell, but we got an amazing cleaning and check up with the dentist and a free toothbrush and zero pressure on products.

10/10 I don’t know why a parent would go anywhere else. She cried as I buckled her back in the car seat to go home, screaming “I want to go to the playroom at the dentist, not in six months, I want to go back now” while also sticking her new toothbrush in her mouth. I wish there was a film crew because it would have been a hilarious commercial. Parking free & easy, online forms super easy to do before appointment and just show up.
