Great service doctor didn’t seem to care that kids were having a little pain and needed a little more time she worked right through it and as a nurse I would have liked to see a little more compassion but that is my observation. I like a lot more Novocain. Dental assistants weee amazing and great with kids they are true hero’s. Kids were well prepped and explained everything along the way. When the receptionist had to bring the iPad back for me as the grandma to sign a new release before the procedure she was a little “short and abrubt” in her tone with me but that was just her nature I felt so I brushed it off but all in all it was a great experience. Kids enjoyed getting a prize and the lady dressed up in lobby was truly amazing to them and called my grandson down and made him smile. Thank you for the great service.
